Shipping:

All orders will be packaged and shipped within 1-2 business days of purchase.

Return Policy:

We have a 14-day return policy. To initiate a return, please ensure that your item is unworn, unused, and in its original packaging with tags attached. Contact us at info.graceandfaith@gmail.com within 14 days from your date of purchase to start the return process. Shipping costs on orders are non-refundable, and you are responsible for the shipping costs of returning your items. If your return is approved, credit will automatically be given back to the original payment method. We reserve the right to deny a return if it does not fit the conditions listed above.

  1. Email info.graceandfaith@gmail.com with full name, order number, and reason for return. Please specify which item(s) you request to return.
  2. Package return, and ship to Grace & Faith
  3. Grace & Faith receives package, and approves return if eligible.
  4. Grace & Faith will send notification email about status of return, and refund.

Are there any items that cannot be returned?

Yes, all personal care items, hats, and jewelry are non-returnable. Any other products that are non-returnable will be noted in product description.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction. If the item is not eligible for a return, store credit will be granted.

How long does it take to process a refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method in 5-10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

Can I exchange an item for a different size or style?

Due to product availability we do not offer even exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please make a separate purchase, and return your original item(s).
